Vocabulary sticks when you meet it often, in context, and just before you forget it. This plan takes about ten minutes a day.
Every day
- Collect (2 min). Save 3–5 words you actually met today — from a video, an email, a book. Tap ☆ on the word page.
- Review (6 min). Open Study → Due for review. Say each word aloud, flip the card, then grade honestly.
- Use (2 min). Write one sentence with a new word in your own life. Real sentences beat copied ones.
How the schedule works
Each saved word sits in one of five “boxes”. A correct answer moves it up and brings it back later — after 1, 3, 7, 14, then 30 days. Again sends it back to the start; Hard keeps it close; Easy skips a step. Words that reach the top boxes are marked Mastered in your progress ring.
Every week
- Take a quiz of your saved words; the ones you miss are flagged under My mistakes.
- Move words you now know well to Mastered, and delete words you no longer care about.
Be gentle with yourself. Missing a day is fine — due words simply wait for you. Consistency over months matters more than a heroic Sunday.
